Ren Washington is a Leadership Solutions Facilitator for the Center for Creative Leadership from the Colorado Springs Campus. As an organizational communication expert, Ren is committed to helping clients address their most challenging and complex issues around organizational change and innovation, executive presence and image, influence, and resilience. Experienced and certified in a number of psychometric instruments, Ren also provides assessment, feedback, and coaching, to offer new lenses that help coalesce insights and create action plans to leverage those insights, to help people have the impact they want.
