Starting her career working on campaigns at all levels, for the past 11 years, Patricia has worked at the Leadership Institute and currently serves as the Director of Professional Development. She heads a division that serves more than 1,000 job seekers annually, counseling and training them during their job search. She also founded a popular DC events listserve and Rules of Networking, an online community for professionals at every level of their career to help each other.
