Join us at Phantom Canyon Brewing Company for a night of Halloween-themed festivities. Located in downtown Colorado Springs, the Phantom Canyon Brewing Company’s local brews and food are award-winning. Bring your competitive spirit for the Halloween costume competition, as well as trivia, billiards, darts, and shuffle board. Or, enjoy a night of networking at the fire pits on the outside patio. And don't miss out on the graffiti photo booth sponsored by Coalition Against Socialized Medicine (CASM).
Billiards TournamentIf you would like to participate in the Billiards Tournament, advance registration is required. There are 32 spots available.
Please sign up here. Please arrive at the Billiards Hall at Phantom Canyon Brewery (2nd floor) at 7:00 p.m. for the start of the tournament. Those who arrive late may forfeit the chance to play.
Additional Details- 6:45p.m. Doors open. Make sure you have your ID and badge to access the venue and partake in adult beverages.
- 7:00p.m-7:30p.m. Brewery Tour led by Phantom Canyon's Head Brewer. Groups of 20-25, tours lasting 30 minutes. Meet at the Host Stand on the 1st floor prior to the start time to join the tour.
- 7:00p.m-9:00p.m. Billiards Tournament. Single Elimination Game. 18 players start first round, as eliminations occur, new players will enter tournament. Gift card awarded to winner. See rules.
- 7:15p.m-8:15p.m. Trivia contest starts on 1st floor, hosted by Geeks Who Drink. Teams of 8-10. When you pick your table, you pick your team. Additional drink tickets will be awarded to the winning teams.
- 7:15p.m-8:15p.m. Chess Championship Playoff begins in the Sun Room on the 1st floor. Additional chess boards will be available and open for play.
- 7:30p.m-8:00p.m. Brewery Tour led by Phantom Canyon's Head Brewer. Groups of 20-25, tours lasting 30 minutes. Meet at the Host Stand on the 1st floor prior to the start time to join the tour.

- 8:30p.m-9:00p.m. Costume Contest Awards on the 3rd floor. Top entries and winners in each category will be announced. Head to the 3rd floor to see the top costumes of the night.
- There will be an interactive graffiti photo booth along with darts, corn hole, and an outdoor cigar lounge to ensure there is a fun activity for all!
